The purpose of this website is two-fold:
- To provide the best resources for Christians to become educated in Christian apologetics. Apologetics comes from the Greek word apologia, which means a defense, as in a court of law. Christian apologetics involves making a case for the truth of the Christian faith. All Christians are biblically commanded to engage in apologetics as stated in 1 Peter 3:15:
“But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.”
See “19 Essential Bible Verses and Passages on Apologetics” for more Bible verses in support of Christians engaging in apologetics.
- To provide non-Christians with resources so they can become educated in what Christians believe and why we believe it.
